Thier ATM doesn't except deposits.... they don't tell this when you open a account, they have a night drop box that offers no proof of deposit. This is the 21st century deposits at a atm is a very very basic function that this bank fails to offer which i guess I should of asked but one would assume a restaurant serves water. So unless your ok with making a deposit and having zero proof of deposit I don't recommend this bank.

What a Great place for home town banking! We first started with a land loan. We then turned it into a construction loan to build our dream home. After the home was built we then converted to a home mortage. We worked with Traci Holmes and Michael Dickey. They were simply Amazing to work with and made this long journey possible. We are so happy to have found Del Norte Bank and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had to call the bank today regarding fraudulent charges on my debit card. Natalie answered the phone and took care of my situation fast and efficiently. She was knowledgeable, polite, professional and took the time to explain what steps needed to be taken to rectify my situation. She then emailed the forms to me that also explained what needed to be done. I'm impressed that she took the time to also explain over the phone and not just send off an email. That was going above and beyond what she needed to do. It is always nice to speak to someone who makes you feel at ease, especially when they are dealing with your money. Great job to Natallie!!!!

I got shut down on a home loan by wellsfargo because their wasn’t enough comps on the property i was buying! Michael and team where able to get me the loan in 10 days we closed on the property yesterday! Thank you for your urgency and willingness to quickly help me close on this property!!! This bank is terrible, specifically the president Mike Hurst. They do things that are unethical, such as closing accounts with longstanding companies without contacting owner. Tried to deny my access to bank documents. Unless you are a corrupt lawyer don't bank here!

Our experience with Del Norte Bank is as sellers of a home that the buyers purchased through Del Norte Bank. As we worked through the process it became clear that the bank is really only interested in lending money on homes that it can immediately peddle to the secondary mortgage market. Throughout the process their communications were on the verge of rude and demanding. Each and every time they brought something up to take offense to it was something which we had ALREADY offered documentation on and in the one case where that wasn't the case, we had the documentation requested within a days time. Their obstinance to lending on our home to the new buyers was very much like climbing a mountain. In the end we accepted that the appraiser they had hired tried to ruin the sale by grossly undervaluing our property and decided to sell at an agreed upon price with the buyers that was in excess of the appraisal. In point of fact they cost us thousands of dollars and an incredible amount of time jumping through hoops. And we decided we would rather our buyers got the house and we lost some money rather than acquiesce to their desired outcome. I wouldn't use this bank if they had the last dollar available and I had a golden ticket guaranteeing free interest.
