During my first visit, the receptionist was rude and immediately assumed I was seeking free dental care when she couldn’t verify my insurance. I decided to give them another chance, but my second visit was just as disappointing. The staff had my first and last name switched, which again led to issues verifying my insurance. When I declined their out-of-pocket services, the attitude toward me became noticeably cold. Overall, a frustrating and unprofessional experience.

Dr Vallis is the best dentist ever! He’s been my family dentist for at least 25 years and I drive 45 miles to see him for each appointment. He is just that good! Caring, kind, patient, understanding and all around amazing!

I just recently started going to the Schaumburg office since my original location, Vernon Hills, went through a lot of changes. I’ve known Lyn at the front desk since I started going there a few years ago. She always provides great customer service and went above and beyond to make sure the transition from switching offices was smooth and convenient for me. I went to the Schaumburg location for the first time earlier this month. The staff was really friendly and professional. I’m so happy I still get to see Lyn. I highly recommend this office for any dental services.

Worst ever experience ! They don’t want any business please don’t waste your time, money and resources with this clinic ! Given the choice I would rate them negative star ! But there is no option. I also suspect any positive review they have here must be bought . With their super bad attitude and service I doubt anyone would really want to visit them.
