Our amazing realtor recommended Directions Home Loan to us. It has been a nightmare. Our loan was transferred to Shellpoint, and nothing has been smooth. Our escrow account as well as one of the payments made was not transferred correctly. It has been very time consuming and challenging to resolve; very poor communication. It has not been pleasant to work with Directions Home Loan at all, and getting Evelyn or Stephanie respond to anything will be considered a miracle. So unfortunate!!!
