I’ve been here a few times over the last year for car repairs and service. All in all, they do a good job. The work gets done on time at a competitive price and they’re happy to answer any questions I have. I appreciate that since I want to know how to take great care of my car. I also appreciate when they tell you something doesn’t need to be done yet meaning they don’t try to upsell you on something unneeded just to make more money. This is why I choose their shop over others… transparency and trust.

There’s always room for improvement and here’s what I would recommend:

1. Use of technology to alert people of the issues with their car after you do your diagnosis so they can approve the work via text right away in the event they can’t pick up a phone call because they are working.
2. This last visit I was charged $20 for a car wash I was never asked or told about until I found out after paying my repair bill and saw it myself on the receipt. Please be more upfront with this. I would have gladly said yes to it but not being asked or told and then charged for it didn’t sit well with me.

Again, all in all, I like this place and the people there so I will continue to come back.

So pleased to find another shop working on Volvo's. Just as I was leaving town to return home, my Mom's car had a dead battery. I was already on the road, called and chatted with Pete and he was amazing. He worked her into a very busy schedule and created security for us both. We will certainly be back. Thank you Pete!

This is the place to take your car in Durango. The men who work there are attentive, genuinely friendly, and always respectful. They charge a fair price do a great job. Call ahead. For all of these reasons they are busy. But I would not go anywhere else.

While trying to navigate the asteroid fields Durango calls roads I blew a cv axle and had to limp my truck to Durango autoworks, they got me in right away fixed my truck and only charged me for 1.8 hour’s labor plus parts. I’m very grateful for the service, and would highly recommend!
