Would like to give a shout out to Clint Talamante. He is super knowledgeable and proficient with the technical details of the new Kia I just purchased. He took his time explaining all the features and so patient with a non tech old timer. He made sure I left the dealership feeling satisfied and assured me that I could come back any time for a refresher. Durango Motors did good hiring Clint for their Kia Sales team!

Kai Aas is the most helpful person we have ever met! He was so kind and patient with us as we learned more about the new technology smart cars offer. He is extremely knowledgeable and works hard to accommodate the costumer. We cannot recommend Kai and Kia dealership in Durango enough! It was so easy and they offered amazing deals to us. We appreciate all the work Kai did to get us a new car. They have great deals, helpful employees, and the most beautiful plants I have seen, they’ve got it all. If you’re looking for a dealership, Kia in Durango is the spot to be!

Clint Talamante was my salesman and I worked well with Clint. Clint spent time with us to explain the functions and operations of the vehicle. I would give Clint 5 stars. However, I had to talk to Zach Benz who I would give a big fat F to. I had already sold my other car and obtained financing from my bank. The dealership and my bank have a loan partnership. Zach told me that if I wanted my car the same day that I would need to go through the dealership to get the loan at my bank rather than working directly with the bank. He told me that I would have to wait until the dealership received the money before I could pick up the vehicle. He could have approached things in a different way, but instead I felt like I was being held hostage. He didn't get the purchase order to the bank in a timely manner and was a bully to work with. I was very disappointed in my experience with Zach. After I told him that I wouldn't be able to pick the car up because I didn't have the check yet, I received a call stating that he had talked to the bank and worked a deal. The bank was already closed so I am not sure how he did that. He apparently thinks that I am a very stupid person.

I just purchased a 2020 Kia shortage from Jordan at Kia Durango and she is FABULOUS!! I was super nervous about such a big purchase and decision and she totally put me at ease! When I said I needed to try laying in the back for car camping, I realized how nutty she might think I was and she simply said “not at all- lots of people do that when looking at cars!”

I was extremely pleased with the Service that Jeremy Frank provided. He was sooo helpful in making buying this vehicle a wonderful experience for me!! He explained everything about the vehicle in Great detail. I never felt pressured in any way to purchase this car. He showed me all the safety features. He was always very friendly and courteous. He is a definite asset to Durango Kia and I would recommend him to anyone purchasing a vehicle at this Dealership!! It was so Great to work with him!!

I also want to recognize Zach Benz as being Wonderful and very helpful in completing the on- line paperwork for this purchase. He was extremely patient. He did explain the optional products with no pressure at all. He was truly a pleasure to work with !!

I just cannot say enough about how easy it was to work with Both Jeremy and Zach to make this a Great experience in purchasing my New Car!! When it comes to Customer Service they are Both a 10+. Thanks so much Durango Kia for having them as Great Employees!!!

Jordan M, and her sales manager are the most understandable people! They helped me so much with getting my current car. They were incredibly patient and supportive through out the entire deal! I couldn’t have asked for a better sales person! She delivered my car to my town and picked up my old car up. I couldn’t praise them enough! They truly deserve more recognition. Shayna Oles got up quickly from her afternoon snack to provide us with an excellent sales experience. Shayna said I was an easy customer, because I knew what I wanted. But, in just her 3rd week on the sales force, Shayna was excellent in all aspects of the sales/buying experience. We’re looking forward to testing our Ineos Grenadier out on the SWCo roads!
