This is the best car dealership in the entire world! McKenzie Miller took excellent care of us and made our Toyota Land Cruiser buying experience awesome! I have had nothing but the BEST experiences with this company solely because of two individuals. Their competency and kindness went so far for my mom when she bought hers that I came back and bought my car AND my husbands truck.
Kai Aas was my car salesman. And Tanner Halfman as my finance guy.
They were understanding of my needs and catered to them, never ever were pushy! I felt safe to express concerns when I had them. Their kindness was so sincere! If you go to this business all members that work there are wonderful but for a guaranteed quality experience, ask for Kai and Tanner!

My vehicles are amazing!!! Runs wonderfully!! And beautiful!

I had found what appeared to be a good vehicle with acceptable mileage and an acceptable price on the company website. I requested information on said vehicle and Chris Chism responded to my query via text. I went to check out and test drive the vehicle the next day. Chris was there to meet me. We took the test drive, I loved the car, there was no price haggling, they offered a fair price for my trade in, offered appropriate financing and I drove away, very happy with my nice used car. I noticed a discrepancy on the registration (wrong color.) The discrepancy was immediately corrected. I am very pleased with the dealership and my salesperson Chris Chism. This was easily the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thank you Chris!

We bought a KIA Sportage Hybrid last week after being totally impressed by the sales person, Shayna Oles and the staff at Kia Durango. We had 6 cars we were going to look at but after going to Kia Durango we purchased the Sportage Hybrid. We were treated professionally without any pressure, introduced to a variety of Kia's, but when we looked over the Sportage Hybrid with all the bells and whistles and the deal offered, we couldn't resist. Since I have been driving my new car I have received many compliments, I even sat with a friend in my car looking at everything that was possible! Great experience! Super SUV! Incredible sales force. No pressure!!!!

Highly recommend going through Rebecca at Durango Motor Company. She has excellent customer service and was the most helpful sales person throughout every dealership I went to for test driving, while trying to find the perfect car for my family. She did not bug like most but instead asked what I was looking for and went above and beyond to try and help me the best she could. I appreciate her time and excellent customer service. I will 100% be going to her the next time I’m looking for a car and send friends and family to her as well. You won’t be disappointed with her service.

Friendly, fast and courteous service!! Our Expedition was competitively priced as marked and had a few dealer and Ford incentives that were offered at the time. I really appreciate that there were no hidden fees and a nice oil change and tire rotation package was included at no extra cost. All without having to haggle.

All warranty packages were explained and there was ZERO pressure to buy one. Accessories were offered at a slight discount and the staff was awesome helping to keep our girls included as much as possible. Overall excellent experience that far exceeds the dealership in Farmington! Definitely worth the drive.

Final Edit, 1/4/25. It's finally fixed!! I have to delete my previous reviews and edits in order for Google to fit it all here, so please know that I was highly unhappy with the service given since Jan of 2024 with one single issue that others I knew of with the same problem, had fixed at other dealers with no issues. Anyhow...

After working with someone that actually took the time to understand what the problem I was having was, they were able to address the issues. It still took several tries and then getting Ford involved as the updates were not taking initially and required Ford engineers to come up with a solution so that the dealer could install them properly. This does not excuse the 3-4 previous trips where I was told that it was fixed even though it was not, (there was other issues that also added to my frustration, service that was asked for and not completed more than once) but I do feel that once they realized they were mistaken each time previously that they did make a sincere effort to address it as I was kept updated on the progress with Ford's engineers as they received it, let me know what they were doing next and did so in a timely manner. I have noticed a big difference all around with everyone that I worked with recently, they seem way more attentive to issues and details with far better communication. I feel confident in saying that they are actually trying to make changes for the better and felt the need to update this review because of it. I'm no longer worried about future issues that would be out of pocket costing me significantly to fix being that everything on new vehicles requires updating modules when doing most any type of repairs. If it was unable to take the updates after the warranty expired I was highly worried I'd be dealing with this on my dime vs Ford's later down the road when another repair required updates. As many times as it took to fix it, it would have cost me thousands of dollars to address this when the warranty expires in less than 5k miles. Thank you DMC for getting the right person involved, your recent efforts have restored my faith in both DMC and my truck!!
