They were honestly so nice. And I loved my vehicle. But it has broken down within the first couple months of having it. It's been in the shop that they use for a month and I've been without a vehicle. I'm a single mom with no family in town so it's just been very difficult. Sometimes that's just how it goes. Chase was really nice though, I appreciated his help.

I purchased my SRX from here and I don't have any complaints with it.
My trusted mechanic said it's actually one of the best running and well cared for cars he's seen in awhile it's smooth like a Cadillac should be and never left me questioning if I'd get home despite having driven numerous long distance trips.
There was an issue with the AC but they fixed that and replaced my windshield with no fuss. When I first purchased it I was concerned about an issue and they gave me the option of a different car, refund or fix this one and didn't give me any problems about it turned out to not have an issue though.
I really like my little SUV it's in excellent condition, smells brand new, handles like a dream and works like it should I also really like the reassurance of the warranty they give so I know if something does happen I'm not completely SOL.
I had absolutely no credit and they got me approved with a decent down payment no hassle and my payments are super low.
So as an update my car is still chugging along but be cautious with the loan company they use. I didn't know better and despite putting 6k down my interest rate is high and it feels like I'm making no ground on my loan the car I purchased is also only worth about 5k so I'm ending up paying triple what it's actually worth thankfully I got out down to 4k and I'll just be paying g that off to escape the predatory loan company.

Dillon and Chase were AWESOME! Very professional and helpful. My son bought his first vehicle on Facebook which was a big mistake! I wish we would have known about and gone through Elden's first.
If you are purchasing for the first time or looking for a good deal/experience with purchasing an affordable used vehicle, then I can't praise them enough!

Our daughter just started a new job and needed a vehicle immediately. We flew in from out of state to visit as well as help her in the process. We spent a whole day looking for a car with no luck. Running out of time we stopped into Elden’s on our last few hours we were out looking. We had to be on a flight back home the following morning. We showed up very late just bit before closing and Elden’s didn’t hesitate to stay late to help us. Dillon and Chase were amazing to work with. Dillon presented us a great deal and very quick. We were in and out of there in 2 hours! My daughter drove away in a reliable, good condition and well priced vehicle. I highly recommend them! Thank you for taking care of my family!! We bought a dodge cummins diesel from these guys and they are amazing my wife and I love our truck and are now able to haul our jeep cross country. We 100% will be back for another vehicle soon. Update to your comment of car warranty: Ford said: YOUR LIL WARRANTY WAS FOR SMALL REPAIR.... NOT MAJOR!!! You claim you have a warranty, but the head gaskets cost exceeded your lil warranty. Plus..... read the other bad reviews .... I'm not the only one who bought a car from you and it stopped running!

WORST PLACE EVER! DO NOT GO THERE! I bought a car from them in December, in April I took it back because the engine light was on and gas leaked from under the car when I put gas in it. They ordered the part but it took 2 to 3 weeks for the part to come in .... while my engine light was on all the while. That is not good as a female. The part finally came in. They fixed it. Engine light still came on. Took it to Ford and they told me I needed a NEW ENGINE because antifreeze leaked in the cylinder. So Eldens sold me a car with 2 issues they Had to have known was wrong with the car. He said they always s check out their cars ..... So they bought it and sold it to me with all the issues? I'm s female. I drive alone. How many people out there have female daughters in this day and age that they try to be sure they are safe in their cars. Eldens didn't respect that.

This place was amazing. I had to downsize from my truck to something my aging dog could get into. Found the perfect car, Chase was great to work with. Total time buying a car, financing, test drive etc. was less than an hour. I am taking a friend there next week.j
