Unprofessional, went to look at a car and salesman was selling a car to a couple. Stood in the office for 30 min before he looked at us just to tell us the car was sold but “if the man backs out he will call us” fine even though I wasted 30 min just standing there. Next day they call me 5 min before they closed saying man backed out. I said “great can I schedule a test drive tomorrow 4:30, that’s the fastest I could get there from work” salesman said “perfect, I’ll write you in for a test drive at 4:30” showed up at 4:30 to see a salesman sitting with another couple. He asked how he can help us. I said “I have an appointment to test drive at 4:30” he stares at us and said “I just sold that car”. What a waste of time. They chase the quick buck. Hold a car for one man but sold a car from under me?!? I can’t speak for their cars but I hope they run better than their service.

Do not buy any vehicle from this dealership. I bought a car for my daughter, the car didn’t pass inspection, we took the car back to them to fix on October 1st. They just told me today October 15th. Not only they still have the vehicle, they said that the part will not come not until November 2nd.
They mean to tell me it takes one month to receive a part from Amazon.

On Friday the 11th, I sent them an email, they replied back saying that the vehicle will be ready for me to pick up on Tuesday the 15th, which was a lie.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE PLACE, DON'T EVER COME HERE, GO TO ANOTHER PLACE WHERE THEY TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT AND BE HONEST, WE ASKED FOR TIRES CHANGE, THE OWNER AGREED, KEEP CHANGE THE DAY (JOKE), YOU DEALING WITH CUSTOMER BE PROFESSIONAL NOT WASTING PEOPLE TIME. AWFUL PLACE.

Do NOT buy from this place, they are a bunch of scammers. they will jerk you around for weeks, not tell you about problems the car actually has, then make it seem like you are at fault. I wasted thousands of dollars on a car and was threatened to be countersued for wanting my money back. This place and who owns it is a joke. They will spend more time finding excuses to not make a refund. Let me be clear I only got 1,714miles for 5 months and I paid over 8k. they failed to mention there was a manufacturer issue at the time of sale. Stay away from here!
