Responding to response: the four stars is because we almost lost the house because there were several things that almost fell through making us almost miss he deadline when we worked with rylie and he overlooked my husband's credit details without using mine
..very stressful, filled out several bits of paperwork repeatedly because of this while we were on vacation.

I had a great experience working with Rylie Josey and his team at Fairway. My loan was a little unusual because I was buying a condo which I would rent out and also use for personal vacations, which made getting the mortgage more difficult. But Rylie and his team stuck with me and we got a mortgage at a great rate!

Rylie was AMAZING to work with. He walked us through everything and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Even when there was a little hiccup just due to us being first time home buyers, Rylie, Isaac, and Natalie all worked diligently to ensure we got it done.
