We have only used the service once. Our client was told she was preapproved. I call the customer line they said that she was approved and waiting for the lender to send the money. I then spoke with the client who told me she wasn't approved and she went and got a personal loan through her bank. We were not happy with the misinformation. Our client wasn't happy with the process. We asked for a refund and was informed we can not get a refund because we haven't had 10 applicants but we are a small business and don't need the services that often. Our client had a bad experience and the information I was given was different than what the client was told.

Shady shady company. A lot of fake reviews on here and all they want to do is sell you. They don’t offer any support. They just want to scam you. Beware of all the fake reviews they are using to flood their ratings.
