The people are friendly the online tech is good , but the new account promotion is misleading . Unlikely anyone gets the $200 new account promotion with the $100 deposit because you need the money in the savings and they take a $5 membership pledge making you fall under the threshold . I’m sure it’s in the tiny print somewhere , and then you also need to activate your debit card in 30 days which by the way came after 30 days . When you open the account online it’s not clear - then you would need to know to move money in the correct accounts after opening .

It’s a shame I like the bank , but if this is how they trick people to get new customers I don’t want a relationship where they have planted pitfalls to clearly make you fail meeting the requirements .

I gave them two stars instead of 1 because the people are super friendly even when you close your account in disgust lol . Friendly nice bank employees are worth something .

If you want a no fee bank maybe checkout KeyBank’s no hassle account instead.

Horrible experience! Called ahead of time to verify what would be needed to open a student checking account with a 14 year old that I am legal guardian for - was told I would need my IDs and either her insurance card, birth certificate or social security card. Left work and showed up with those documents - they then requested my guardianship documents which I provided and they proceeded to tell me that I needed conservator documents (which is incorrect as I am not opening a conservator account), I informed them that is not the case and they can look up the code on the legal document I provided them to show what rights I have as Guardian and they told me no and that they couldn’t open the account after I had been there for an hour and a half. I immediately went to a different financial institution and was given no problems at all (since I have all required documents). Will be closing my accounts as I don’t trust an institution whose legal department can’t read a legal document.

I moved to the Denver area heat over a year ago. As a former credit union employee for 11 years, I did my research on the different credit unions in the area and found Ent to be the best in terms of products, services, rates, and fees. Since being a member, I haven’t been disappointed. The service has been outstanding.

Beyond the member service I’ve received at branches, Carlene Cox and Jenna Acheson have been amazing to work with. They are very outgoing, personable, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this credit union.

Absolutely ridiculous poor customer service. My parents drove from a couple towns over and went in to open a new CD as a new customer at 10:35 am. They were told by the teller that the usual process is about 30 minutes but since their lunch hour started at 11:00 am they would not be able to help right now and they would have to come back later. You lost a new customer over 5 minutes of inflexibility and selfishness.
