Tengo hace meses una cuenta en EZPAWN. en dónde he llevado y recuperar muchas veces mis artículos. Pero en esta ubicación nunca quieren aceptar mis artículos a pesar que ya están en el sistema, siempre tienen pretextos. Lleve un ps4 que ya he llevado aproximadamente 10 veces y me dijeron que no podían aceptarlo que ya no estaban ps4.. luego lleve mi televisor que también ya he llevado aproximadamente 5 veces y tampoco quisieron aceptarlo

I had an outstanding experience at this Ezpawn! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and incredible customer service. The manager, Jake went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered!

The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere that sets this place apart from other pawn shops. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and the process was smooth and efficient.

I couldn’t be happier with the level of care and service I receive every time I come in. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit such a positive experience!

We have been frequent customers of this location for years now. Usually we have good customer service. Today we went in to exchange an item within the return period that wasn’t working properly and the associate Ryan was extremely rude. He called me up from the line and when I explained what was needed he had no interest in helping and said I have to help this guy and then walked away. As he walked away he loudly commented that we were trying to return something that was out of the return period when he hadn’t even asked any details about the return.

I appreciate the service Ryan gave when I needed a loan. Unlike his other two employees (chick with the red hair& bigger dude with glasses) that don’t know how to greet a regular customer but instead run to the back and act like they’re working when they really aren’t…. So thank you Ryan, you make it easy and comfortable to come to the pawn shop and less hectic and annoying!
