Plenty of parking. Lobby was clean and quiet. Service was friendly. I got checked in quickly. Room was spacious and clean. Bedding was comfortable. Pool was very clean. Breakfast was good, they had biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon, waffle maker, etc.

On our Fall Break roadtrip, we stayed one night in Marietta. I looked at our options beforehand and selected this Fairfield Inn & Suites based on reviews as well as its connection to Marriott. All-in-all, it was an average place to stop.||Here are the good points:|1. The beds were comfortable|2. Even though I'm not sure about the overall area in which this hotel is located, the hotel itself felt safe once inside. It's position set back from the road quite a bit made me feel uncomfortable getting from the car to the hotel at night, and I did worry about the security of our car.|3. Check in was easy||Here are the average points:|1. The bathroom needs attention, especially for a hotel connected with the Marriott name. Wallpaper is peeling along the wall edges. We also had a long, curly black hair stuck to the shower wall. And when pulling the lever to switch water from running into the tub to running through the shower, about half the water continued running into the tub. |2. Although we were booked for three people with 2 queen beds, we only had 2 towels, washcloths, etc. |3. Breakfast was pretty mediocre. Prepackaged muffins, beige sausage patties, tasteless scrambled eggs. The sausage gravy with biscuits was good, though. |4. Toiletries were limited to body wash, shampoo, and conditioner attached to the wall. No make-up remover pads, no shower cap, nothing remotely above average.||Our stay was fine. I honestly was expecting something a little better, and after seeing a hotel in the same category and price range across the street, I might look there next time.

The room was great, but the bed was a bit more firm. My personal preference though. However, the walls in the bathroom were somewhat dirty. I think it was just missed, but nothing that deterred us from staying. The indoor pool was very chlorinated, however I can understand why to some degree. Service was wonderful, the front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was okay, just minor adjustments maybe- apples and bananas or a bit more variety in fruit. Great place to stay, and overall clean.

Hallways reeked of marijuana. Walls are thin and neighbors were very loud. Notified front desk but issue was not resolved. Room was not serviced after first night. Stay away from this location.

I would like to start this review out by saying we brought 45 theater children for a Theater convention to stay here for 4 nights. So this was a big undertaking for any hotel. We arrived on a Thursday night and where welcome immediately by Ms.Teea so kind and asked if we needed anything multiple times, the rooms where very clean and comfortable. The next morning we where greated by Ms.Lynette with very kind words and a delicious breakfast with tons of options for our kids. We left for our competition Friday morning, and after coming back that night Ms.Lynette was waiting for the kids to find out the results. So very sweet and kind of her. This was the perfect hotel stay for our group of children and chaperones. We where also able to have nightly chaperone meetings in there quite comfortable lobby. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

We stayed here for two nights and kindly asked if the sheets could be changed on our bed after the first night. Let me just start by saying that housekeeping is horrible! They put the same exact sheets back on our bed! They literally came in and made up the bed, then left! Then there was tissue on the bed when we came back under the remote. I’m reporting them and getting corporates number. I will NEVER stay here again! My husband thought I was overreacting, but noticed this morning after getting in late that I wasn’t. They tucked the sheets tight, but there was also hair on the pillow case and my husband removed it stating,”They wash all of the sheets.” Apparently not! We live 4 hours away and I’m done with this place. Beware! If you asked them to come in and change your bedding, make sure you are there to watch them do it. If I could give less than 0 stars I would.
