We are so happy with all the help we received from John Jarvis and his team at Supreme Lending. They really did an outstanding job! Finding a good, honest lender is not easy now days. John really took the time to explain all the options that we had available to buy our family a home. John and Larkin were the best!! Hands down!!! When discussing my home buying experience with other people in the community, I was told “John is the Best”. As a single mom working and of course a ball of nerves, Larkin explained what was needed and explained why. John was patient, reassuring and dealt with my tears of nervousness like a Champ. John accompanied me to sign closing paperwork. To say the very least. My experience was fantastic. They were patient and explained ever thing so that I was very educated through the whole process. I couldn’t have been blessed with a better team. He did just what he said he would! He got me in a home of my own. I’m thankful!

We have used a lot of different lending companies over the years and I can say that our experience with John and Larkin Jarvis at Supreme Lending has been the best! They were very helpful in streamlining the process to make it manageable. They helped us with a loan for my mom and we were able to do almost all of the paperwork with digital signing so that she could minimize her exposure in public places. I have only positive things to say about our whole experience. What a blessing they were helping us with her loan process in this transitional time of her life. We could not think of enough words to describe how phenomenal John Jarvis and his team are! We went into the buying process with a large, nationwide company who quickly made buying feel impossible for us and had us all but in tears.
After only one phone call to John I felt immediately welcomed and encouraged. He and Larkin’s communication was exceptional. They took on all the stress of buying and gave us such a feeling of relief. Buying a home is so difficult, but this team made it feel smooth and easy! I’m excited to be closed on our home, but I’ll miss communicating with John and his team. We were so blessed and are abundantly thankful to have had John make this purchase happen for us!
