Have using thw local Farmers bank for many many years. Out of the previous 6 banks I have tried. FARMERS OUTSTANDS THEM ALL! Customer service is impeccable and the speedy in and out(unless you have time for a friendly talk), the calm and easy going attitude is far greater than I could ever ask for. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and appreciated in this small town local bank.

Wanted to update this, After 4 years he is still as hard working and attentive as ever. Had an issue with my homeowners insurance company and I found out through John, not the insurance company. God bless small companies and great people!

Based on this morning's experience, I will be sure we NEVER return to this branch. My husband went to cash a Farmer's Bank check from his employer, and we were met with the elderly teller, with short permed hair and glasses with a name plate "Bridget" in front of her. She was working in the drive-thru, enthralled in scrolling on her phone, when we drove up. Bridget was very obviously bothered to do her job, as she huffed as she got up from her chair and didn't even attempt to greet us in the slightest. When my husband asked her to cash his check she rolled her eyes, as if serving someone who is bilingual is something she is triggered by. She cashed the check and shoved the envelope in the drawer to give to my husband. My husband thanked her and Bridget just stared at him in annoyance.

Farmer's Bank in Ault: please consider having this person revisit customer service training, as her deep rooted xenophobia is not the face your clients should be greeted with, nor is it the face you should want representing your establishment.

The bank who doesn't care about you or your business after 12 years of doing business with them. This is the place. They lie and have no integrity what so ever. Steve Rickard was very quick to dismiss me and my multiple accounts out the door. Him and his account representative Tena did everything they could to get rid of me as fast as possible even after there account representative Paulette Martin admitted I was right earlier in the day. If you want horrible customer service and an opportunity to lose your money, this is the place to do banking.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was off a significant amount on my account & could not find it, even after having my accountant look at it. I made an appointment for help & they didn't understand where my money went. I told them neither did I & that was why I was there. Steve Rickard said I needed to close my account & I could leave the same way I came in. After 6 years of banking with them, this is the 1st issue I've had & he was very quick to tell me he didn't want me there! My personal opinion, someone there is skimming money off accounts & counting on people not balancing their accounts anymore. I would never recommend anyone to bank here. They are thieves & do not want people's business anyway.
