Dropped my motor home off for inspection. It needs breaks worked on. So far, from what little experience I have, is positive. Everyone was professional and respectful. They gave us a ride home, and the driver was very nice and polite.
I will add to this when it's finished.

(Update)
We picked up our motorhome, it was worse than we thought, but they did a fantastic job. We went camping over the weekend with no problems. Didn't put many miles on it, but everything worked well.
I do recommend this place for any repairs on any vehicle you have.

Update. We called for an oil change, they never got back to us.

Ferry’s were professional and responsive to my concerns over this first-time inspection. Intend to be a continuous customer.

I’d also like to acknowledge their contributions as volunteer firefighters with our local fire department. They spent an entire day fighting a brush- forest fire just a few houses down the road from my home. I am very grateful for their efforts!

We have been taking our cars here for years and they have always been wonderful. Fair pricing, flexible schedule and wonderfully friendly owners. We have had VW's, Volvos, Subarus, Honda's and Chevy's and they are always knowledgeable or forthcoming with the best budget-friendly suggestions. Highly recommend!

I had a tire emergency, with a huge piece of glass getting lodged in my tire and it quickly going flat. Ferry's saw me immediately and got me in and out around 20 mins. They were so kind and so attentive and so honest. I'm from out of town and they took care of me.

Was visiting a friend in Ligonier and chose Ferry's to get an oil change and filter because they had good reviews... So here is another one...I called ahead and was told they were booked for the holiday rush. I said I totally understood and thank you, but got a call from the owner a couple hours later to tell me she had a cancellation for that day. Showed up and was in and out in minutes. Great price, no sell pitch, very friendly! Please support these family businesses!

New to the Ligonier PA area and read several reviews of Ferry’s Automotive. They had good reviews and rightly so. I took Matt for a ride to determine what was a “whirring” sound from my Tacoma and 25 feet into the ride he diagnosed the problem. Not only did he fix my truck, he texted video of the repair. He also found another smaller issue and fixed that too. Ferry’s Automotive is now my and my wife’s mechanic. Thanks for the excellent service at a very fair price!
