If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. The customer service is perfect. I purchased a w/d, delivered same day. Didn’t work properly once connected. They offered a full refund or an exchange. They said and I quote “we just want you to be content.” I thought customer service was dead but not with this company. Thanks to each person who worked with me!!!

The purchase was smoothand communication was quick. Delivery was within the time frame given. Washer and dryer are working great running a few loads on the first night. So far I would recommend doing business with them

Talk about great customer service!!! Communication was great! Sent me several pictures of what I was interested in and within 2 hours they delivered the new item and hauled away the old one! The delivery guys were so kind and considerate!!! I would definitely buy from this place again without a doubt!!

Excellent customer service and delivery at affordable prices. Truly enjoyed the experience, everything from entering the place until delivery was done for my dryer. Everything was careful handled and on time, this was a bonus since usually delivery is between big windows. They provided me a one hour window and were on time with follow updates. We had a phenomenal experience with FI appliances from start to finish. First off, we live in Arkansas but have a property in Texas. Lin, was able to accommodate everything through phone and email. They sent us a a picture and dimensions of the washer we wanted and then provided and invoice with easy payment. Additionally, we had some issues on our end with the delivery; they were flexible and accommodating for us and constantly stayed in communication with us which was greatly appreciated since we weren't able to physically be there. Overall, great experience, customer service and products! Adding FI appliances to my rolodex of 5-star vendors. Thank you!

I’ve been buying my appliances here for many years. Miguel and his staff are wonderful. Assistant manager, Rock is very helpful. The appliances are clean, and the prices are fair. I would recommend them to everyone
