Was definitely a good experience we had Brian beefcraft and this is the second time I went through him to buy a house. I attempted to go through someone else this round and it was a bad idea, but I remembered Brian help me out the last time although my credit wasn’t the best he made everything happen quick you got me in my black family in the house with minimum stress. Every time I had an issue he was there highly recommend this place if you want an experience person go to Brian.

First time home buying is suppose to be exciting. It has its struggle and ups and downs. That's why we hire the right people to help us along the way. I was told by numerous people that fidelity mortgage was so helpful and made the whole process easy. We had Brian Beecraft and it was and absolute nightmare. To get questions answered by him was like pulling teeth. There were several times he was very aggressive and not only didn't answer questions but would turn around and tell us it was our fault there was a problem. I was crying during this entire process. AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS. You know it's bad when the sellers lender is reaching out to you. Things happen. Sometimes it doesn't go as planned. We understood. This so called man made it clear that he was better then us and made this first time home buying process so terrible for no reason.

What made my experience great is from the beginning there was a level of professionalism established the carried on through the entire process. Kurtis, is a well spoken and kept gentleman that truly cares for you and does his best to guide you through this process and get you into a home you can afford. With the tools available the him and his team; communicating was very easy and limited the travel I needed to make. Him and his team are very efficient and bring to the table years of experience all the while making you feel you matter as a customer with prompt replies!
