If I could I would give them 0 stars! The service we received was not meeting my expectations. They were not professional at all, never answered my phone calls , or took the time to answer my questions about the process. They just requested all the paperwork and never got back in touch with me. Worst customer service I have ever received. Do not trust this company in helping you find a home! Thank god I found another reliable company to assist me and answer all the questions I had. From answering the phones, to keeping me updated on the status changes and making sure I understood what was happening. Recently learned that they got dropped from other lenders for not handling business correctly. When I attempted to speak with Gloria about why I never heard anything. She stated her “assistant “ Marina never answered the phone and she doesn’t work there now, but that is a lie!. She is still employed there, between them, the customer service and the realtor “Rocio it has been a terrible experience!! It is our first time buying a home and now we have learned our lesson. We will never be doing business with a bad company like financial group!!!

I just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH GLORIA!!!!!! She made me a home owner!!! My case was so hard and one of a kind lol. But she made it happen!!!!! This was a long process almost 5 months of struggle, but again it was all worth it!!!!!!!!! She is the best of the BEST🤗
