Do not ask if the company is real Lol Very rude people here, well atleast the 2 owners with no rmls numbers who yelled at me , I asked if company was real, before I give more personal info and the lady who would not give her name totally flipped out for me asking, as an decorated veteran I feel or felt I'm pretty good at de-escalating hostel individuals. I was wrong just totally rude, then I call back and a guy claiming also to be the owner didn't let me talk, he said I've been calling all day, it was my second call in 5 minutes, he had such a big ego he just refused to be civil, I'm sure it felt good Lol anyway I'm choosing not to move forward and waste anymore time, this behavior is just to bizzarly hostel over a question and theres a name for what your company has done to me. This was all over me asking if the company is real, a very common question these days only in my opinion, I wasn't even provided rmls number by either managers or owners, found on my own, why so defensive over a question and such an aggressive man who claimed to be the owner yelled in a very threatening monotone, as if he rulled all thr land. When I looked at your website you advertised your part of BBB by showing the symbol on website, seeing you only have 20 reviews at 4 stars after 25 years of business and thousands of loans, while researching it showed they werent registered with bbb, to me it seemed strange, so I asked the offensive question is this company real and what your loan number, it now seems even less legit now I was treated with hostiled as soon as both owners spoke...btw fsu your welcome for my service😁
Idk i see other reviews that recieved my treatment, just weird all in all. Your a liar dude 100 percent, I called the number you sent me, a lady answered I asked my question and she flipped out yelling, called back asked to talk to YOU and was put on hold, called one more time cuz it was so offensi and weird, then you answer, and you totally flipped out too, your a complete liar and the other reviews say it. You are the only aggressive one b3sides the other lady who doesn'tanswer like a legit business, why would I make 1st contact once I did my app and gave you my personalinfo, cuz I like herrasing people randomly on phone, does that make sense? how would I even know who I'm gonna talk too, i saw your name and number, I mean you want to see the email on here or hear the convo, post that why don't you. Or Give up you are a complete and admit you have anger issues, the lady was completely abusive and offended by a very appropriate question. Who cares it's your generic web site generic credientals so called company, that is apparently based on real community yelling at the working class folks , makes me absolutely sick to my stomach! Your whole office is a group of money bully's who started this whole thing , get a real job! Consumer loan wasn't recommended and was not what I was looking for, you claimed to be a lender on manufactured homes? Just lie after lie, I don't even know you either for you to be threatening like you did on phone, your gonna verbally attack a crippled vetran, we didn't even talk bruce, you only yelled at top of your voice. This has be fun, point is just go to a company that you herd of, that has more than 20 reviews and who is actually registered with bbb, type the name see for yourself, really mr. Bruce you should have interviewed me to as I am the only one who has been abused by each member of your huge staff of 2, well just you and a lady, the other lady was really nice that put me on hold for 10 minutes til i hung up, I have no problem posting those calls either or messages, cause I think everyone is tired of no name companies like yours that think they can act like they can fake credibility however they want, being very rude, then making it look like it was my fault or whoever they chose to discriminate against that day, if you all really hate your job that much, my realstate agent warned me about messing with mobile home lender middle people.

This company does a great job! I applied for an “in-park” mobile home loan and was professionally treated throughout the process. A live person answers the phone during business hours, and yes not an automated attendant with a bunch of menus to sort through. They explained things clearly to me to get the loan I needed. Would highly recommend this company and can see why they have been in business for 24 years.

I called this number to find out more information on the services they provide. I have clients that have requested loans for mobile homes in a park. Of course I am going to screen them heavily if I am going to refer anyone to them. Needless to say, when I asked for her last name and more info on her company Angela said "Nope, we're not going to do this." Well Angela it's a big nope for me too, thanks for making the process of elimination so easy!
