No sirbe son tranposo y cobran mucho por ejemplo lleban tu auto a otro tayer para aser un alinamiento y ese tayer le cobran 30 dolare yeyo te cobran 90 dolares

My friend introduced me to the Fine Tune Car service in Crown Point. I was so happy that she did. I feel like I wasn’t taken advantage of being a woman especially an older citizen woman. They were very knowledgeable with all car repair and explained everything that needed done. They hire only the best mechanics so I really felt happy about my car getting fixed there. Vic at the front desk was always there to help you out and to tell you what should be done. Scott also at the front desk was a very knowledgeable guy about all cars. They were always asking if there was anything I needed while I waited like water, coffee and even chips. They were outstanding as far as I could tell and I know I’ll make this my car repair shop for whatever I need done on my car. My car parts weren’t suppose to come in to 2 in the afternoon and I had come in there early so they search around for my parts and I was out of there before noon. To me that’s going the extra mile. If you need a car repair shop put Fine Tune in your contacts you will never regret it.

I took my Jaguar to Fine Tune in Crown Point Indiana after fighting with Jaguar in Schererville Indiana and my extended warranty company. My vehicle needed a new engine. The warranty company finally agreed to pay after my attorney contacted them and suggested that I take the vehicle to Fine Tune. I worked with Victor at Fine Tune and he was a breath of fresh air. He sourced a new engine and installed it in my vehicle. So far, I haven’t had any issues. Fine Tune also warranted the new engine. Victor was upfront and delivered my vehicle in a timely manner. He also reached back to me a few weeks later inquiring about my vehicle. Thank you Victor!

I was in need of windshield wipers after losing one on my way to work stopped in at Fine Tune, which was right next to my office. Scott was extremely helpful very polite assist me immediately . I was so impressed I was greeted right away and did not have to wait to be serviced. Scott and Victor are doing a great job at Fine Tune.

Took my car to Fine Tune Auto Service when the A/C went out, and they were fantastic! Scott and Victor were super friendly and professional. They even provided a loaner car, which made things so convenient. Now my A/C is blowing ice cold, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend!

STAY AWAY FROM HERE! 75$ for diagnostics. No heat in my car. Took about an hour or so. They said it was the water pump leaking. Also told me I had an oil leak. Have me a huge price on repairs and made it seem like it was urgent. Feeling the pressure, I got a second opinion from a trusted mechanic in cedar lake.
He pressure tested the pump and it held pressure, meaning no leak. The oil was just the seal from the filter. Not a big deal. An oil change with a new filter would fix that. It ended up being my radiator leaking and my heater core was bad. Needless to say, water pump was fine… pointless repair. If I had listened to their advice, I would be out over 1300$ on a repair that would NOT fix my problem. Forcing me to come back for another repair which would cost me thousands!! I Don’t ADVISE GOING HERE. The asst manager talks badly about customer complaints. They called me asking me to pay again after I already made a payment. Saying they lost the paperwork. I will NEVER go here again.
They did nothing right for me. How can you expect the same for you?
