Excellent work and service! They really took the time to assess my vehicle and provide me with the best options and took me back to see the progress and updates throughout my visit. I feel like they really were considerate of my budget and even went the extra mile to make a couple of tiny adjustments on things that I wasn’t able to fix with limited tools and resources. Though very friendly staff, and and new facility,I was shocked that they let me leave the repair w out topping off the oil. Next day, there was less than a quart of oil in the engine. They presented me w a long list of repairs needed (over $3,000 worth) and I made an appt for the next day to do somethings on the list, however, when I realized the danger they left me in I promptly cancelled the appt. I do not regularly leave reviews on service companies, but I felt I had to leave this one.

2/24 I was contacted by the manager of this location, Taylor, who apologized for the situation. He then offered to take 25% off an urgent repair. I was grateful and returned to have the repair completed. I so appreciate Taylor taking responsibility for the situation and offering to make it right. The repair was completed quickly and to my satisfaction. Thank you, Taylor!

This used to be my go to for oil changes and anything car care related. They’ve always treated me with respect and a nice attitude. The past few times I’ve had issues with an elder gentleman name Stu. Tonight was the end of it, I asked for a synthetic oil changes with a 50% off coupon. He showed me my total was $100, dropped to $50 with the coupon. I asked why I am being charged so much when last time I paid $30 with a $15 off coupon. He then began to explain what an oil change is to me and that it’s NEVER a set price, just like gas. Even though I asked for the same service. It’s never been more than $60 for me. I also just found out that they’ve been pulling out my air filter and putting the same dirty one back in instead of replacing/coming to me in the lobby to see if I would like it replaced, I relied on them to take care of my car and I won’t be coming back after tonight. Please train your desk staff to properly handle customers with their concerns and take care of their cars that they are trusting you with.

I can’t say enough good things about this store! I’ve been here many times, and they’ve always treated me well. Today, Taylor Goodson and Stuart Lesnick went above and beyond. They were incredibly kind and courteous, gave us a generous discount, and introduced us to a fantastic "lifetime alignment" special—free alignments and tire rotations at any Firestone or affiliate location nationwide for as long as we own the car. Thanks to their outstanding service, I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Taylor, Stuart, and this store truly deserve recognition!

I've been a loyal customer of Firestone Complete Autocare for over a decade and have been coming to their Firestone location for all my services since they opened several years ago. Their staff are always friendly and knowledgeable and their customer service is consistently superior. They've always done a fantastic job of communicating their diagnosis of the issue my vehicle was having and how to address it, recommending additional services that my vehicle needs, and letting me know when they've finished servicing my vehicle. Just yesterday I purchased new sets of winter tires for my two vehicles and my experience working with them was once again exceptional. I could not be happier with the service and customer service I've received at Firestone Complete Autocare in Firestone, CO. Thank you so much Stu! Less than average customer service, less than average experience. Les Schwab down the road actually checks all your tires for free, they don’t grumble about it, and they are actually happy to help. The opposite of my experience with Firestone in Firestone. I felt like I was a burden. Unfortunately I had to have my truck there because I had a ripped a tire on a job site, right across the street and couldn’t limp it anywhere else.
Go somewhere else if you can.
