Went in today and looked at a couple different firearms. The gentleman that helped me today was James he was awesome from start to finish. I will definitely be back to this store in the future. James was very helpful with his experience in firearms. And patiently waited while I made my choices.

I bought a 225$ TV from them two weeks ago and the picture went out and they refused to exchange it for me because I was 2 days past warranty. Repair guy told me it’d be cheaper to get a new tv.

The employee was nice. But i have a problem with having to sign mutiple documents and fingerprints for selling a 20 dollar knife. I believe this is an example of how corporations are getting people used to invasion of privacy. Or being treated like a criminal. We shouldn't have to give finger prints to a pawn shop. For selling our own property. What disturbs me more is that the employee thinks it is ok to finger print people and force the customer to make an account. Just for selling their own property.

Stopped by to check out some video games. Asked what prices were and was told they needed to look them up. Thought it was weird, because if your selling things shouldn’t they be priced? Picked out a few walked to the front. They started pricing. Took a few minutes for the first game, they wanted 20 bucks, they were using eBay to lookup. Said no thanks sell on eBay, thanks for wasting my time because you can’t price things. Would have known not to spend a second there if they weren’t so lazy. Weirdly their sister store actually prices things so I’ll go there.

I went in to buy a gun for my wife as a present, put it on layaway with one store clerk who never state that she needed to be there when I made the final purchase of the gun. So when I went in to buy it and take it home to her I was told I couldn’t do it without her being there, so I advised the manager who I was dealing with who was extremely rude and felt the need to talk down to me as if he was actually more intelligent than I was. Also for reference for future customers his name is Willie. That my wife was going in for surgery and with recovery time could not come in so can I extend it for another month. He stated I could pay $25 and it would extend it out but would not go towards my balance in any way. So pretty much just needed to give them free money. He was not willing to help the customer at all, he did however break the rules and let her do FaceTime to sell me the other item we had on layaway. Then just continued to fight with me about how my wife would have to figure out how to come in and get the gun or give them the $25. So my wife ended taking time off of work just to finealize the purchase. Needless to say, horrible experience, horrible customer service, willing to bend the rules when it suites them. I will never do business here again!!

My sister and her husband went to LOOK at handguns. Brother in law hands over HIS Colorado I.D. card. Is allowed to look at gun. My sister says she's not interested in buying the thing. Her husband says HE wants to buy it. Person who WAS NOT assisting them loses his mind and says what they just did is a crime and he won't sell the gun to either and neither of them can EVER come in to buy a gun in the future. Ignorance is bliss. Someone needs training.
