No vayan a este lugar si tienen un problema con el aire acondicionado. Me cobraron $90 por un diagnóstico y 5 minutos después me dijeron que tenía que pagar otros $500 para otro diagnóstico, que no me garantizaban nada. ¿Por qué pagué los primeros $90? Son estafadores

Do not Go to this place if you have an Air conditioning problem. They charge me $90 dollars for a diagnostic just to tell me 5 min later that I have to pay another $500 dollars to get another diagnostic that’s it was not going to guarantee nothing . What was the reason of paying the first $90 dollars ?

I have been taking my car here for about 5 years. They have changed for the worse! I went for an oil change a few weeks ago, they recommended around $700 worth of work that was "needed". I took my car to my mechanic and he changed the belt that was recommended but my original belt was in great condition. 1st Choice Auto broke the clamps that hold my air filter in place. And they also did not change my oil that I paid almost $70. After a week and a few days when my mechanic drained my fresh oil that they claimed to have changed, it was really dark and really thick. We are thinking they just added more oil into the oil already in my car instead of doing an oil change. Also they didn't put the correct oil for my car. I will never go there again. This is ridiculous and grimey for a company to do. I'm angry and disgusted. I have been a loyal customer here for 5 years and have never experienced this. Shame on this company for lying, deceiving, and basically stealing money from their customers. Whatever you do, do NOT bring your cars here. They will break stuff, lie to you, and half way do the work that you pay for.

Such a rip off. They are crooks. Took my car there for a simple oil change. They convinced me a belt needed changing but when I compared my old belt to the new one they put on? My original belt looked and IS practically new. Added an EXTRA $160 to my oil change bill. Crooks!!!! Don’t ever go to 1st Choice Auto in Hampton Ga pleeeeeease

Do not go to this mechanic. They do not guarantee their work and they hide behind their receipt which says they do not guarantee their work. I don't do work on my car, I depend on honest mechanics to look after my interest. I do not feel like this shop will look after my interest. I will not be using them anymore and I strongly suggest that you do not either. I'm sure there is a good mechanic somewhere. Do not use this one.
