Very conservatively capitalized bank with superior customer service compared to any of the Big 5 Banks or larger national banks. Mosiey has been great and so has Jerry (the branch vice manager/VP). My family has had a close relationship with the bank and they try their best to attend to any of my banking/client needs. I am happy to continue banking with First National Bank and greatly appreciate all the amazing customer support the bank provides. By far the best bank I have ever worked with. Someone give Moisey a raise as well, he is just incredible, super knowledgable, communative, and always very diligent

We have been customers here for almost 50 years, since it opened as Arapahoe Bank and Trust in the 1970's, and have used practically every banking service: business loans, business and personal checking accounts, safe deposit boxes, savings accounts.

We love being able to just drop in and have something notarized or ask a question. We love being able to move funds online between accounts.

We have enjoyed great customer service over the years and came to expect that this was the norm in banking, until we had to deal with a large bank for the past year when settling a relative's estate. I don't think I can say the name but they have branches all over the US. We have to make appointments there to ask a question, and then usually wait 10 or 15 minutes past our appointment time to see someone. Every service we ask them for is a struggle. It has been such a frustrating experience.

In contrast, the staff of this bank -- especially Penny, who we have had the pleasure of working with over this past year -- are helpful and knowledgeable and willing to spend the time it takes to meet our needs. If you are looking for a bank with a friendly, competent staff of people who are eager to serve you, I recommend you make this your bank.

While the reason for my engagement with Lynn Wolff at First National Bank isn't a good one (I am the Executor for my deceased parent), working with Lynn was pure pleasure. She was helpful both in person and via phone with both simple requests (e.g. changing a password) to more complex questions. Lynn made a new experience (managing the estate) a pleasant one and I shall miss working with her now that the Estate has been settled.

I have been a customer of First National Bank since I was 15 years old when it was still named Arapahoe Bank and Trust. I am still a customer today 35 years later, I am still a satisfied customer who will be banking at First National Bank the rest of my life. I have known most of the bank staff for a very long time, due to most of the staff have stayed on and made their careers there at the bank, since I first opened my account at 15 years old. When you walk into the bank you are greeted with a staff member smiling and asking how may I help you. Everyone, who works at the bank gets to know your name with sometime and takes pride in their work and making sure that your identity, account, and information is very secure.

My story a couple months ago I had some trouble with a fraudulent check which I am grateful for the bank staff for catching it for me and calling me to come in and discuss it with me. When I arrived at the bank, I was met by Moisey who helped me understand what happened with the check and why the bank took the necessary caution, and steps to ensure that the check was real and not a fraudulent check. Eventually, with sometime and Moisey making the right and necessary calls talking with the fraud department other staff members. Moisey figured out what happened with the check, where it went, and what happened to the check. Once Moisey found the check, he made some more calls with me being they’re with him so we can do what we needed to do with the check.

First National Bank, is a place that feels like home. All of the staff members treat you with respect. You will have a great experience banking at First National Bank.
