I took my Acura MDX here a few days ago, and I’m very pleased with the work done. I highly recommend. The staff was amazing, especially Connor. I got my vehicle back in just eight days, and Connor kept me updated throughout the process while also managing the entire insurance claim. This shop is very kind and reasonable, unlike others I’ve been to where you have no control once your vehicle is in their hands.

I am adding more to my original post because I am not sure how to add a separate review. I had to take my vehicle back into the shop for a second time, and again Ken and his crew went above and beyond to get my car back into shape! Unfortunately, I was hit again and thankful there were no injuries. His team did an amazing job, and even put a jack in since it didn't have one when I bought it and I hadn't noticed. They are so easy to work with and worked directly with the insurance providers to make my life easier. Thank you so much, Fisher Auto Collision Center! I highly recommend their services for anyone in need of work.

I am continually impressed with the professionalism and top notch service I receive at the Fisher Auto Collision Center. Ken Keffer and his crew (I worked with Ken, Connor, Jason, and Stephen) were highly knowledgeable and made the process so easy for me. They worked directly with my insurance company on my behalf to assure the claim was accurate and the repairs were completed, which brought me a lot of comfort knowing my vehicle was in good, competent hands. They communicated with me all through the process (there was hidden damage) and even coordinated with the service department to have some regular maintenance done, which saved me another trip. I live out of state and for me it is worth the time and drive to bring my vehicle to a shop that is trustworthy and provides exemplary customer service. I highly recommend utilizing their center if you are ever in need of repairs! A huge thank you to Ken Keffer and your team at Fisher Auto Collision Center!

I was very pleased with the work that Connor and the rest of the team at Fisher Honda did handling the repairs on my car. They were all professional and helpful. Ken started out as well with a really great assessment and estimate and put me at ease knowing I would be in good hands (this following some dismal estimates at 2 other shops). If ever in need of body work again-this is where I am taking my car.
