My experience throughout my entire loan process was absolutely amazing! Wes was exceptional at communicating and was always kind, knowledgeable, and available to assist on short notice and on nights and weekends. The market moves so quickly, and Wes was always ready to assist me with submitting my offer immediately so as to have the best chance of having my offer accepted. Wes also made it a point to keep in touch during the 7 months I was searching for homes. He sent me houses to consider and options for financing home improvements for "fixer-uppers." I felt like he truly cared about helping me find a home I would love. A huge factor in winning the bid for my house was that he promised the sellers we could close with a VA loan in only 2-weeks. Everyone I have spoken with has never heard of a loan closing in this period of time, especially with a VA loan. I see numerous houses on the market pending closing for months. Thanks to Wes, I was able to win and purchase my dream home! I cannot recommend Wes more highly.
