Cambiare de banco definitivamente y solo por arely la manager por El Mal servicio

Pésimo servicio !! En especial Mario Lopez la persona más despota y grosera !! No se que hace Ahy como servidor público !! Les recomiendo al sacar un carro del Diller asegúrense de tener pruebas que el carro tenga la cobertura !! Por que después de dos anós y con pagos al corriente tanto de aseguranza como de pagos mensuales recogió mi Carro !! Y aún sigue cobrando pagos moratorios aún con todo y pruebas la respuesta d el !! No me vas a ganar no vas a ganar este caso !!!

Tried to sell a vehicle to one of their members. April in the loan and title office titled didn’t even know what she needed to get the loan completed from the sale of a business. The request for what they say was required by the state was later changed to. Oh it’s our policy after three days of trying to get answers from them.. they wanted an emissions test done on a two-year-old vehicle that wouldn’t require one for another five years. They wanted an out of state title, flipped and paid for by the seller to a Colorado title so that the person buying the vehicle wouldn’t have to do that. This is pure insanity because the title has to be done in Colorado for the financing of the loan. They stated that we were putting too much pressure on their member to do these things when they would have to be done anyways at the department of motor vehicle By their credit union member who was purchasing the vehicle. I spent three days trying to get answers from them with calls for the manager to call us as well as loan people to call us. Phone calls were never returned, and they never communicated with their credit union member.

Do not do business with this credit union as their customer service is horrible and they make up stuff as they go along

If they would’ve been upfront with what they needed in the beginning, it would’ve saved everybody a tremendous amount of time and headaches…

Worthless credit union, and worst I've ever done any banking or loans with. It's 2025 and their technology and platforms are stuck in the early 2000's. You can't accomplish anything on the website and the app is even worse. We are in a digital banking era and having to call customer service to accomplish anything just doesn't work. Not to mention that when you do call, no one answers (and I mean NEVER). It's genuine lack of care for any of their members or just general lack of care of doing their business. You're either under staffed because there's no way you have such high volumes of calls or you have such high volume of calls because you can't self service anything online. Either way, you have to wait hours for a call back and if you don't pick up immediately you have to go through the whole process again.
The repayment of loans is on a different platform so you can't easily change payment info or frequency or get accurate info on your loans through the site. You can't pay anything in large sums either and when you do make transfers it takes longer than the industry standard and all amounts and limits are much smaller than industry standard.
I've made it a point to talk with my car dealerships to remove this credit union from their usage because of how bad this place is and I even had to file a BBB complaint to get some of my issues with them resolved.

Fitzsimons has been experiencing a noticeable decline in customer service and has yet to prioritize its members in its mission for years. For about five years, reaching their call center has been difficult, and when I do get through, representatives often lack the knowledge to address my online account issues. As a loyal member since June 1984, I have never seen such poor service, especially recently.

After a website update in October 2024, I spent an hour and a half on hold and received a return call when I contacted a former manager, resulting in a three-day delay. The update caused a bill payment to be withdrawn from my savings account instead of my checking account and allowed unauthorized access to another person's account.

My husband and I visited Fitzsimons in person, where we faced further unacceptable service. We were misinformed about the cancellation of external transfers, and funds were withdrawn without notification, prompting us to start the process of closing our accounts and moving our money to Navy Federal Credit Union.

After withdrawing most of our funds over three days, we found ourselves locked out of the remaining accounts. This situation caused another visit to Fitzsimons where, after a long wait in line, a representative at the counter told me that only Anna, the Branch Manager, could help us. Once again, I had to reach out to the former manager for assistance.

This brief account reflects my disappointment with Fitzsimons, a credit union that once served military families with distinction but now offers subpar service. I do not recommend this credit union to anyone.
