I come here every time for an oil change. All the service advisors are incredibly kind and helpful. Todd McLean helped me out today on my appointment for a repair service and took initiative on doing other things that needed to be taken care of as well!

The service is very satisfative. I can feel my car (outback 2020) was greatly improved. The tech, Ron, and the manager (? Sorry, I don't remember his name) are significantly caring about my concerns and fix them.

The price is relatively higher than the normal car repair shop, but it deserves it.

Have had great experience in the past. Today took my car in for a simple oil change, they went over diagnostics as usual. I live in Lafayette and by the time I got home my car was jerking when accelerating. I called the service place and the person I spoke to was incredibly rude and short with me. Did not offer any support or solutions. I had to ask all very clear direct questions regarding dropping car off and if I was going to be able to get a loner car in the mean time to get any idea of what the protocol was when this happens. Pretty disappointed with that customer service aspect, I also don’t feel safe driving my car back to this location. So, I will be taking my service elsewhere.

I bought my used Honda Fit from Flatirons Subaru back in 2018. It had was in excellent shape with only a small chip in the corner of the windshield.

Five years later I still have not had one mechanical issue with this vehicle. I did have to replace the windshield this year due to that tiny chip, and I did have to replace two tail light bulbs.

I highly recommend Flatiron Subaru. The customer service was excellent and you can feel safe buying a used vehicle from them. You won't be disappointed.

Always a class act. The younger gentlemen are always professional and helpful when servicing your vehicle. Even when they suggest upgrades/ maintenance repairs— such as changing your air filter, it is for a fair price vs. doing it yourself; and it takes the hassle out of having to perform tedious maintenance. Excellent place. Oh, and the free coffee ☕️ and shuttle 🚙 rides are 💯 amazing 🤩
