I hate having to deal with mechanics, but these guys aren’t too bad. If you schedule a time to get your car serviced, just be aware that it might take a while. If you have the luxury of being able to drop your car off and come back later that will be your best option, but if you have to wait, they have a nice little waiting area. It’s always clean and well conditioned. All in all they are worth it! 9/10 will go back

We got our Ford Escape from Frankie's in August. On 12/28 we brought it in as there seemed to be a transmission issue. It is now 1/15 and despite numerous phone calls and voice-mail we have not been contacted or answered on what is going on with my vehicle. If we ever get it back from them I will no longer be using this service center despite being assured that should any issues arise we bring it to them. I've been using Frankie's auto service for more than 8 years. As a woman with little knowledge of how cars work I'm always concerned with the honesty of those who service my car. I can honestly say the people of Frankie's are always polite, honest and very helpful as well as reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone.

I needed work done on my car and chose Frankie's Auto Service Dept after getting quotes at various service centers. I found the service manager, Lou, to be up front and honest. The other employees at the service counter and the mechanic were all pleasant and professional and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. My car issue was fixed and is running great! Highly recommend the service department at Frankie's.

Brought my car from here in 2015 , they said policy change, no more free oil changes, I came anyway, OVER 1 HOUR FOR A OIL CHANGE ! REALLY ? , if I know it would take that long, I would have went to oil 😑 express, I will NOT be back, and most likely will not buy my next car from here .

Solid place to get an oil change if you got your car from Frankie's Auto Sales. Make sure you make an apoointment though. Wait times are pretty decent compared to other dealerships. Repair work is quality and reasonable prices. The service writers are friendly and knowledgeable.
