The other day I went there and I needed to get my new truck title and registration plates all of that. I was having a bad morning I lost my title before I even got there and when I got inside I forgot my insurance and the lady at counter 2 was so patient with me. I kept having issues with my car trying to pay cuz I needed to internet manually but she was just so patient and worked with me. Best service ever!

I wanted to make a private conversation about one of the employees at this location. But since they are not capable of answering the phone, I will make a public announcement instead. The lady with a "mom" tattoo on her wrist and a "Dallas Cowboys" tattoo on her arm apparently doesn't know that if you live in Westcliffe you must obtain a driver's license at this location.
That is a 2 hours drive I had wasted on a Monday that I almost never have off to obtain a driver's license in Colorado on government time. This is what our hard-earned money goes to from "We The People" to our government. Some retraining is in order.

The staff is fantastic, when they are open Taking time off of work to drive an hour to the DMV and they are randomly closed for training, it can be a bit irritating.

Warning to my military active duty family, renew your tags 3 months before they expire, according to who I assumed was the manager who probably does not understand or possibly care for service members.

I was charged about $347 to renew my tags for my bike and truck with late fees even though I presented orders that had me deploying Pryor to my expiration date of my tags. My tags was from AZ which had a 2 year expo date. The manager said pretty much you had time, so they were not waving no fees.

I'm not the type to cause a fus but this was crazy to me. I don't like to give reviews, but it seemed there was no bending to the understanding of a active duty service member at this location.

The clerk Jo did try to help, she was very chill, and did make me crack a smile. JO did what she could but the managers Trumps, so whatever.

Five star speed of service, five star accuracy and assessment of details, 5 star efficiency taking my 2200$ and asking me to leave " there are other customers " ... 5 star toxic, snide and over the top Karin behind the counter. 5 star need for a full on insurrection in 2024!

Arrived about 20 minutes after opening. There was only one other person ahead of me. Waited less than 5 minutes.

Got plates for my new motorcycle. That process took about 5 minutes.

I believe the person that helped me was Katie. Should have paid better attention because she was awesome! She put my paperwork in a nice small pouch to carry on my motorcycle, and put the stickers on my plates.
