I recently leased a Mazda CX-90 PHEV from Fremont Mazda, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I had the pleasure of working with Sean and Chris, and I highly, highly recommend this branch—especially these two!

Sean and Chris were incredibly supportive, flexible, and attentive throughout the entire process. They patiently answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the leasing process. Even after the deal was finalized, they continued to assist with any follow-ups I had, which I truly appreciated.

If you’re in the market for a Mazda, do yourself a favor and visit Fremont Mazda. Sean and Chris are fantastic, and I can’t recommend them enough for their excellent service and professionalism. Thank you both for making this such a smooth and enjoyable experience!

Disappointing experience with my 2023 Mazda3's warranty, and I want to share it to warn other potential buyers.

The car shaking and fluctuating when accelerating between 60-65 mph. The car is barely a year old, 5900 miles, only used for commuting, and has no history of accidents or other issues.
Before the inspection, the dealership told me, "Your car is too new to have any problems." But after the inspection, things quickly changed. They quoted me $3,000 to replace parts and charged me a $259 inspection fee, with no coverage from the warranty. Their explanation? They claimed the issue was caused by minor scratches on the wheel hub, as "wear and tear," and said I should have detected the problem before reaching 5,000 miles. (Photos the technician send me for those so called ‘CURVED wheel hub’ is attached to this review)

Despite having a 2023 new vehicle with minimal mileage, the dealership insisted the scratches meant the problem was my fault, and the warranty wouldn’t cover anything.

So to all potential Mazda buyers, beware: even the smallest scratches can be used as an excuse to void your warranty. What I thought was a reliable warranty turned out to be completely useless.

I worked with Aser to buy a car. He sent me multiple photos of the exterior and interior of the car without me even asking for them. He was very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I drove over 6 hours from Southern Oregon to make a trade and get a nice car. Great communication. If you're looking for a vehicle, ask for Aser. Thank you!

Buying a car is not one of our favorite things to do, but we had a great experience at Fremont Mazda. Great communication before we got there, and an easy buying experience. Chand, our sales person, was very friendly, helpful and made us feel that our satisfaction was her priority. The manager was on hand to help as needed. This was a no-pressure, smooth experience. I highly recommend Fremont Mazda.

I had a pleasant experience with service here. I got an basic service with oil change and tire rotation. It was easy to book the appointment online. You drive up to the Service area and then check in at the office. They tell you what's recommended for your car and they check for recalls. Pretty standard. There's also a shuttle service. They texted me a video summary when it was done, which was cool. The staff was nice and helpful when I asked questions. I'd come back for sure.

In December 2023, I bought a CX-50 from the Fremont dealership. Just one month later, I started hearing a strange noise coming from underneath the car. However, instead of addressing the actual issue, they dismantled the sunroof. Unsurprisingly, the noise remained, and now the sunroof makes its own noise as well.

Fast forward to August this year, I noticed dents on all four tires. I went back to the dealership to request a tire replacement, as the car came with a one-year warranty. After inspecting the tires, they agreed there was indeed an issue. But the manager’s attitude was arrogant and dismissive, telling us to contact the tire manufacturer ourselves. We bought the car from them, not the tires separately!

We brought the warranty that came with the car package to the dealership. The manager first denied that it was part of the package and accused us of obtaining it from somewhere else to hold them responsible. Later, another staff member reminded the manager that the warranty was indeed part of the package. Then, the manager said we needed to contact the tire company ourselves, as they were not responsible. We reached out to Goodyear, and they requested the purchase date of the tires. When we asked Mazda for proof of the tire purchase, they refused to provide it. We are now preparing materials to submit to a lawyer and will let the court handle the matter.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.
