Just bought a F350 and couldn't wished for a better experience. Donovan worked with me tirelessly throughout the sales process. He is professional, genuine, and extremely considerate. He would proactively take care of every detail before I even mention anything. You can't find this type of professionalism easily anymore. The most impressive part is EVERYONE at the dealership was so compassionate and helpful. From when Michelle greeted me in to Kirk wrapping up the finance step to Nancy giving me an 1 hour ride to pick up a trade in, I haven't had such experience elsewhere. I'm so glad to find this local dealership that still cares for customers unlike the couple other big names in the region gobbling up every local dealership at the expense of long-term customer relationship.
