Unable to provide me or order me a debit card when my card was lost and didn’t lock my account when I told them my card was lost. Gave me bad and inaccurate information. Don’t trust them with your money. They will cancel your account with no warning like they did to my husband. If I could give them no stars I would.

It's almost impossible to understand customer service over the phone, because they are outsourced.

I have been with Frontwave Credit Union for 5 years now, and I have done most of my banking at this branch in Yucca Valley. There are some things about having an account with Frontwave that I enjoy, but I realize I would be able to get those at other credit unions, too.

I originally joined Frontwave as Pacific Marine, and I was referred by a family member to sign up. There are very limited locations of this credit union, and depositing money around the country is difficult unless you are in proximity to a military installation.

This location is decent, but the people that work here aren't friendly, and it leaves a lot to be desired. I prefer to use the ATM, but there is about a 25% that it will be broken at any given time.

This credit union is awesome. My whole family use them and and have never had extra fees or rude people. All of their employees are friendly and well informed. If they have a question or concern there is always a supervision available. Only bank I use for saving, checking and Visa. I love it and recommend their service to anyone. My grand kids were able to start their life skills as teenagers with small debit cards. (how wonderful is that). 5 stars for my friends at Pacific Marine Credit Union.

Absolutely excellent customer service! I appreciate the friendly, yet business-like communication from each staff member. The Branch Manager exudes warmth and professionalism and has really taken time in making phone calls, sending emails, requesting information, in order to assist us in the process of obtaining a home loan. Thank you for making the experience the most pleasant possible! All of you have gone "above and beyond" with your courtesy, helpfulness, and communication.

They are a great banking institute and Sal Nunez and Krislyn Medina have both gone out of there way several times to make sure all my banking needs were completely exceeded. They are both a great asset to this company and I will bank no where else. Please thank both of them for their great customer service.

This bank is great for starting out credit lines, I messed up my credit and am currently rebuilding and this bank has been good to me. The lady with the bad post mentions "possible" fees, I conduct transactions like this all the time and have never been changed a fee for getting change, I believe legally they cannot open thier drawer and normally give you change without doing it the way she did it. It's not shady unless they are charging you for every time you do it.
