Run, don't walk from Fusion! If your car dealer is pushing you to use a lease underwritten by Fusion Auto Finance, run as fast as you can! The weird relationship between them and credit unions which just makes things take longer is difficult enough without the buyout issues. I only used them because they were offering a near 0 money factor when I leased my car back in 2022.

It's fairly easy to get a payoff quote from them but read the fine print in your contract - you want to buy your car out early? You have to pay the remaining payments, a 2.5% penalty plus something else they couldn't explain and the formula makes no sense. But even once you get past that, the payoff quote changes with no rhyme or reason when you update it. But once you finally get there, you have to send the check to them - they claim within 2 days the credit union will process the payoff nope, it took them over 9 days. Their customer service got nasty with me for following up on why it was taking so long and every rep gave me a different story. The said to call the credit union, um don't you have a business relationship? They finally gave me the email of the Payoff Manager who never replied to me. The credit union was more helpful and finally got it sorted. I am glad I will never have to deal with Fusion again since my new car is financed with a different lender.

This place is the ambulance chasers of the auto industry. DO NOT extend a lease or lease a vehicle from here. They make up bogus issues with your car and kill you with fees then send you to collections after immediately after sending you the bill via 50 ways. THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!

Took my Ram 1500 into the Farmingdale, NY location for a pre-inspection prior to my lease return and my advisor, Anthony, was terrific. Just a nice guy, professional and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions in detail and wrapped up the inspection in about 15-20 minutes. It was easy and painless. Thanks, Anthony, for your assistance.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY OF ALL TIME! STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET HIT WITH A BILL FOR WHO KNOWS WHAT!! They are charging me for nonsense. damage from hail? there is absolutely no damage from hail. they are making me pay for new tired on a LEASED CAR that aren't even bald. I AM FLOOREDDD at how awful this company is. Their staff IS NASTY and not pleasant to work with. this company just ruined my day as they are robbing me. I will be calling tomorrow to speak with a manager. this is CRAZY. I can not say STAY AWAYYY enough. AWFUL horrible humans at this company.

Tell me the buy out process takes over a month to complete but I am contacted by a representative jasmin for the first time 9 days before my lease is up forcing me to pay an extra month to extend and that money doesn’t go toward the residual. Dawn who was assigned my case but first time I’m hearing from her is the last day! Hope to never do business with this company again.

I could not stress enough DO.NOT use this company!!! They are the absolute worst ever!!!! So many hidden fees they won't tell you about and if you do get a loan with them they don't communicate to you properly if they even respond at all. I have gotten nothing but a headache from them. If you want a smooth and easy contract don't go with Fusion ever!!! I will also be reporting them to the BBB
