We had a great experience with Future Family! I would definitely recommend them to anyone going through the fertility process. Karsen was a great help at the beginning and gave us all the info we needed to know. The loan process was so easy and she answered all of our questions. Another great perk is having a nurse that you can reach out to at anytime. Rachel was such an amazing support and frequently checked in on me through out the process! So grateful to Future Family for making our dreams possible!

One of my friends going through IVF suggested Future Family because they made their process so much more flawless and I cannot agree more! They have been so nice, informative, quick to respond, and got me my meds overnighted just in time for my first egg retrieval cycle through Future Family RX! They also have memberships where you basically get a 24/7 nurse for all the little questions or scares that come up during the process! Highly recommend!

Loved how easy it was to get a loan through future family, but advertising is false, you have to have two things to get 0% interest , credit over 800 and income over $200,000. So we didn’t qualify but got 10.99% interest so we took it because we wanted to do ivf an this was our only option. We had an issue that took some time to resolve with the loan but they were able to fix it, just took some time & lots of emails. But over all the process was easy an very thankful for this loan company. One thing that would make things a lot easier than going back and fourth with emails would be a customer service number to reach someone at would’ve made things a lot better !

Future family definitely makes the process of financing fertility treatment easy. Almost too easy. I wish I had researched it more. Future Family absolutely uses the highest APR available. I have cheaper credit card APR offers. And they participate in false advertising, of which I'm not exactly sure how legal this is. They will tell you there are exclusive Future Family discounts available for medications. Which is the main reason I chose Future Family. This is not true. They use MDRx pharmacy which will give those discounts to you regardless of whether you are with Future Family. Also, your 24 hour fertility nurse will have "office hours." And those office hours will probably be the same hours you work so it's not like you can count on them being available for those evening and late night questions when your fertility clinic is closed. Or you'll feel guilty contacting them outside those "office hours" so then you won't. So beyond the ease of getting funds and paying bills, there isn't much benefit to using Future Family. And I'm definitely questioning their integrity as a company. I'd advise researching your options thoroughly first and not choosing them for these false benefits they advertise.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience partnering with future family. Like many my husband and I were extremely stressed when we saw how much IVF was going to cost. Future family helped us in our time of need. Everyone we worked with were friendly and empathetic toward us. My 2 favorite aspects of future family is that they handled distributing our money to the clinic and pharmacy. That relieved a lot of stress for us. I also appreciated the nurse that was assigned to me that was available to answers any questions and checked on me after every doctors appointment. My husband and I now have a precious baby boy and I’m thankful for future family for helping us in our journey.

Great company to work with! We financed a procedure to have our son here and had a great experience. Fast approval, low interest rate, different repayment options. They got our payment to the doctors office within 2 days from submitting our application. Also. The nurse was very helpful!
