LOVE these people!!! The only auto shop I will use in the valley!!!! They are very kind and will be honest with you. Went in to get brakes replaced and they told me I really didn't need to and had x amount of miles before I really needed to. One time I had a nail in my tire and there was only one person working. He fixed it for FREE. They are very quick and will do my oil changes as a walk in even when they're busy and they get the job done fast. I was close to going to a dealership because my taillight cover was shattered and no parts store could get me the part and said only the dealership can replace something like that. Went in and said they found a used one that will cost me a lot less that they will pick up in springs for me.

I WOULD GIVE MY HEART AND SOUL TO THIS PLACE!!!!!

Negligence at its finest. Do not trust these mechanics. I’ve been needing to write this. They put on my brakes in the wrong order and it wasn’t on tight and it destroyed my $225 back tire (it kept dragging the tire) I brought my vehicle back there and they kept my vehicle for two whole weeks and didn’t diagnose the problem and ignored it. I take it to another mechanic and the minute they checked my brakes they solved the problem immediately. This could have caused me a fatal accident and they are lucky I haven’t pursued a lawsuit but I am still looking into doing so. My mechanic and I have full proof. I have been pissed. I have also been scammed by them prior over a thousand dollars.

Excellent care from Garcia Auto Sales and Service! I recently had an issue with my tire pressure sensors and they got me in promptly and took care of my issue quickly. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I always go to Garcia for my oil changes and any other issues that come up. I have never been disappointed! This is your go-to place for service!

They're used car sales are Excellent, too! We bought a Subaru from them with an outstanding result! Highly recommended!!

Great service. My Porsche Macan suffered the infamous coolant vent hose failure. The shop was already sending someone to Denver to pick up parts for another car, and they were able to pick up the parts from a Porsche dealer on the way back to Alamosa. Took them less than two business days to get the car back in running order. Very reasonable labor rate and quote too. Thank you all very much.

Sorry this is so long. But many praises must be showered upon this place to do it justice.
My husband had been obsessing over a truck at a good price. I forbid him to use a dealership for obvious reasons.
But he saw a listing of a truck he liked belonging to this business . I reluctantly sent my Husband and he was shown another work truck he really liked .
Even though it was over our budget they were already dealing with us super fair . They are trustworthy. They sold us the truck at a CRAZY fair and favorable price. No tricks .. no being pressured, or feel like you're being man-spland too..nor was he trying to upsell us it was like dealing with an old friend. these people are nice, reasonable, and still care about the community and strive to deal with everyone fairly. ,( Let's hope they DON'T get jaded and start to lose that -we wanna help and be fair- and lose that edge)
We worked with Jon, who is perfectly suited to do what he does. They even helped some stray people who came wondering in at closing. This couple had broken down close by. They weren't even there to buy anything! They just asked if they would use their code reader tool
...And they helped them!! Who does that anymore!
It really gave us a strong impression of who this business was, while we waited. The building was d nice. I'm told they only been open a few years. So it's really clean and comfy even though there is a lack of waiting chairs. It's nice.
I don't trust dealerships. Period. I was ready for it to all go south and we were gonna be scrutinizing this place and people for any sign of them trying to fleece us.
I was instantly put at ease.. this place STILL CARES. And it showed .
Felt we were treated as we should have been.
The bathroom is very clean.. but the door didn't lock and you can hear everything in there thru the gap at the bottom of door. The placement of said door is indiscrete since it opens into the lobby and front door. But it's a bathroom in a shop where there was nowhere else to put it. Still cleaner than I've ever seen.
Anyway, trust these people.
, be nice and respectful to these people, and certainly buy a car there.
