Rarely answers calls. I haven't had luck with them calling back unless I leave multiple voicemails.

I am changing my one star to a three-star because I got called within one business day about how they could be better. I really appreciate it. It takes a true leader to do that.

This branch manager doesn’t seem to ever be in the office, the voicemail to contact the branch is full, and it takes over a week (and still waiting) for her to respond to the emails sent directly from the tellers, let alone the members. Two visits in a week and left with nothing but “I understand, I’m sorry, if the manager was in…” .

Edit: I have been making deposits at this location from my plasma donation card for over a year and today was denied due to the donation card I was assigned does not have any name on it other than my signature. They don't come with any name stamped on them. I am frustrated but will figure it out

This Credit Union we are members of, for us is no different than a typical bank. They are only good for putting your money in and for them to make money off of it. Thought Credit Unions were designed to help their members? Nope, they only help those that aren’t having credit problems in life.

After two years of being with them;

1. They won’t help with loans to consolidate debt, to help fix credit issues unless you have great credit! (Divorce hurts credit for many)

2. We improved our credit scores, and they still won’t help, when it came to refinance a car loan we have though another financial institution because credit isn’t good enough. Sad that we were able to get a loan elsewhere but not our Credit Union.

There’s no real reason to stick with this “bank”. This isn’t to mention their App is horrible often.

Genisys, there’s no reason to respond to this with your generic responses to contact someone. Contacting you guys will result in communication I already know will be explained.

Feeling very frustrated with this branch currently. Nobody will answer the phone at this location. Over multiple days I've called at various times to check status of a loan but no follow up. I try to do the online chat and they tell me to call in and leave a message. Why are the customers being left on the hook? Why isn't someone calling me when they have news? You would think they would want your business.

My experience here was with Connie and she was nothing short of amazing ❤️ she was an absolute joy to work with and her kindness, understanding and patience did not go unnoticed. She was in constant communication through the whole process and at the end of the day got the job done. Again I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had at this credit union. I look forward to working with Connie in the near future 😊
