Left a review after my service last week as work wasn’t completed yet a few days after my coolant light went on. Topping off of fluids was yet again an item that I paid for but was NOT done. I purchased coolant at oreillys and did the job myself. Terrible terrible service or lack of service

So Kelly Hooper, the general manager, who I’ve left two messages for “to turn my negative experience around” has not returned two of my calls which really solidifies my belief that this is not a business that should be supported/believed. A canned response to suggest they are making things right when actually they are not. Buyer beware.

GLENWOOD SPRINGS AUDI/VW IS THE BEST! We purchased a used F150 and traded off our Jeep. Kevin fought to get us everything he could for our trade after the price came back a bit lower than we hoped. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! The entire process was smooth and very friendly. We felt no pressure at all from the sales and finance team and we felt like they were just wanting to make us happy which we are. Everyone we encountered had a smile on their face and greeted us whether we were working with them or not. Brought my 2021 Tiguan back to the dealer because my low oil warning light came on 2600 miles after the 40k scheduled maintenance, oil change included in service. I expressed my concerns about the vehicle being 3 quarts low with the service manager and he said "it is normal". When I did not agree with his opinion, he told me he knows more about cars then I do and sent me on my way. 2500 miles later, the pressure control valve went bad and oil was spewing from the oil cap and other locations along the engine block. I got rid of the poorly built Tiguan and am extremely happy to never do business with Glenwood Springs Volkswagen again. The service manager was unprofessional and has no interest in taking care of customers.
