I have been banking here ever since it was the GreyStone Power Credit Union, back in Douglasville in the '90s. Now I bank here in Tucker which has been renamed Go Energy Financial and Nikki has always been very helpful and professional. It has always been a pleasure to bank here. They don't sock you with hefty fees the way the monster megabanks do.

Absolutely wonderful people. They are incredibly accommodating. I went here to pursue the opening of a bank account and to also use the nearby charging services. Everything was clean and it seemed like a very good use of my time and resources. Only one minor criticism. I'm sure the employees can use different music than the current one, which seems to repeat endless dozens of times within an hour.

So I called the bank to get some information trying to establish with a different bank than who I've been banking with they couldn't really answer my questions which I hate but if somebody can answer them for me please let me know who one minute I'm being told that you have to run my social security to check my identity well I thought that was what my birth certificate my social security card my gun carrying permit my license thought that's what that was for because at least two of them show my picture but then I'm being told that you're running my social security because I have to have a certain credit score the last time I checked when you run my social security it don't show a picture but you just gave me two different reasons so are you looking for something or are you hiding something because it's not making sense to me and you're not able to answer my question so I made the decision this is not the bank for me and my children
