This was the easiest process buying a vehicle from a dealership. Mike was absolutely awesome. He was very professional, friendly and didn't make this process stressful. Mike had a truck that I liked and from the 1st phone call, to signing papers to complete the transaction, he made it such a pleasant experience. No pressure at all and he even added on a bumper to bumper warranty that he said would assist me in case something came up with the truck. Great person and this is how used vehicle buying should be. I live in Denver but needed to buy a car for my daughter who is in nursing school at Mesa. Cars are really hard to find and even used cars are super expensive right now and we weren't having much luck here in Denver. My daughter had to sign paperwork in the office but other than that, no hassle. They are fixing some minor issues, put hubcaps on the tires and she is now the very happy owner of a bright yellow car. Couldn't be happier with the entire process!

I went here to look at a specific car that I'd seen online. The salesman who helped me was a little goofy, but I liked his car, and when it came time to make an offer, the negotiation process was smooth. I feel that I got a reasonable deal. Overall customer service is all right so far, but I think my situation may be a little unique. The car that I got from them is in excellent condition and came from the front range, I think this is true of many of their cars.

This was the easiest process buying a vehicle from a dealership ever. I have bought several vehicles from other dealerships and it was very stressful and confusing. Tiffany at GJ Quality Sales was absolutely awesome. She was very professional, friendly and didn't make this process stressful. After driving a vehicle I like I wasn't able to sit for 5 hours and do paper work like the other dealerships make you do, so I returned to work when I got off they had everything ready to go. I walked in signed some papers and was out the door in 5 minutes . I hope this place does great for themselves and sticks around. I will be sending them my business and giving referrals. If you are looking for a vehicle I strongly suggest giving them a try first. They don't have a large inventory but I would let them know what your looking for and see if they can get something in.
