I want to start this by saying I am a local I grew up out here, I am however not currently staying in woodland. I came out about 3 hrs from where Im staying to check out cars here, no one was there when I got there.. not a huge issue but a little annoying because the hours were listed differently. I was willing to set up an appointment though, I was able to get a hold of the owner and wanted to plan to check them out the next day as I was staying in town. At first the guy sounded pretty trustworthy telling about the vehicles history but then after he heard I was from out of town he completed flipped the script.. he told me that I probably don't know this about the used car market but that used cars are more than new cars now.. he then proceeded to tell me the cars I was planning on looking at that were CLEARLY priced all over the website not to mention had HUGE PRICES on the windshields that were all under 4k (most of which had over 200k miles mind you) he wouldn't sell them for less than 6-10 k. And that I won't find anything less than 10 k in Sacramento (which absolutely wasn't true I had about 50 cars saved of the same types under 200k miles for under 4k in the sac area. ) 🙄 Like did he not know his prices were visible on his cars? (Picture is one of the cars he said was suddenly 6-10 k because he thought I was from out of town) He knew I was standing at the lot while I was on the phone ... Does he not know when people car shop they usually look online to compare prices? Absolutely ridiculous. I can only assume he assumed I was naive because I was a woman. If I made a big purchase I wanted to spend it to benefit my hometowns economy and unfortunately because of the guy sudden price hike for "out of towners" I didn't come back. Beware if your from out of town, or a woman.

Honest, family business, great prices, and good advise. I bought two vehicles from grays and my took my daughter here also!! Would definitely buy from them again!!!

Ernie and chris are awesome they really care about their customers and the cars they sell. They sell their cars as if they were selling them to there own. Quality service at a fair price

Every time I talk to Chris or his dad they're always willing to work a deal and if they don't got it they'll get it. I've been going there for the past 10 years and I've never walked out of there without a car I didn't like they never left me walking or my family always had the right fit for us thanks Grays car sales

right as I drove of the lot the car was shaking and misfiring. I told them not even a minute off the lot and the car already has problems and they didn't want to help. I don't recommend this place.

Nothing on lot ready to test drive! Was told they only get cars ready when purchased with no warranty so no test drive no warranty no sale!
