Grow financial has truly been the best of the best over the almost 30 years I've been a member. They don't tack on sneaky fees, and they have often refunded fees when I accidently overdrew one of my accounts I seldomly used, and they have waived the fees when I needed copies of very old checks or statements. But most impressive was when my account was recently hacked. Grow did not hold me responsible for the thousands of dollars that was transferred out of my account, and they quickly refunded my money. On the day my account was hacked, I was a an emotional wreck. Kaitlyn Fryer immediately made time to meet with me personally to secure my account and get me set up with a new account, and she was the perfect blend of professionalism, friendliness, and compassion. They really have been there for me over the years and have a personalized and neighborhood-like feel, unlike the typical big banks, while still providing better service with less fees.
