Absolutely terrible customer service. I called to get a quote and schedule a windshield repair, only to be met with an incredibly rude woman who immediately started yelling at me when I simply asked if they could fix a crack. Instead of providing any real assistance, she rudely insisted that replacement was the only option—even though I’ve had larger cracks repaired elsewhere before replacement, as it's always my last option.

This place seems more interested in scamming customers into expensive replacements than actually helping people. Hands down the worst customer service I’ve experienced in the Valley. Avoid this place at all costs!

As you can see the photos are of the crack in my windshield and the car sitting right next to mine right now with repaired cracks.

Tried calling several times to get an appointment, took me going in to finally get their attention. They told me the insurance company hadn't reached out to them, turns out it was shuffled under a stack of papers on their messy desk.

Then the day of my appointment, I call to tell them I'm gunna be about 15 minutes behind. He tells me we can't do it then. I get it, I'm late to an appointment I had for weeks. But something is funky with scheduling if you can't fudge 15 mins. It puts me out with my insurance company something fierce.

I don't think customer service is a priority there. I hate that it's the only auto glass spot in town. I'll be rescheduling... in a different town.

Was only trying to get a quote for my windshield for my car, the customer service was pretty poor called one day. They said they would get back to me with my quote after I give them all my information, received no callback and then I called them back the following day and they didn’t even know who I was or what I was talking about and asked for my information again, if this is The beginning of how their businesses is ran I would highly suggest going somewhere else. I’m sure they’re quality of work matches. Their customer service given their bad reviews.

Kenny has helped me out of a number of unfortunate situations going above and beyond with wanting to help me out. When replacing the rear window on my truck, he vacuumed all the broken glass from the back seat and truck bed until there was not a shard left. Another time he fixed a leak coming from a bad seal on my rear light totally free of charge. Great service at Gunnison auto glass and great small town folks that run it. Can’t recommend them enough.

These guys rock! Got me in within 7 days when I had a crack and a leak on my windshield (from a replacement at another shop). They did an excellent job on the windshield and even set my dash cam back up for me. Probably the best glass service you can get in the Gunnison valley.

It takes alot for me to complain or say something. But the way the receptionist answered the phone today was completely uncalled for. Lady we had never met never talked before why are you so mad. Im clearly not having a great time either if im calling a repair shop but lets keep it kind, Im sure they're great but lets work on that customer service.
