They moved.

The staff are super kind on a good day. There is a bathroom now. It's chaotic when there short staffed. They also have good programs and information. Housing information and job. Alot of the Hispanics take advantage of free items. The lady in the black and white stripped stress took 20 plus pillows to resell. Limit was 2 per household. New location has ants so beware of being bitten inside trailer 1. 2 weeks ago a lady backed over a guy in the parking lot and kept going after people yelled at her to stop.

I went to these people for the first time and got there at 8:00am There were people and cars there. A elderly lady saw me standing there and told me that they don't get started until 9:30 AM she doesn't get started calling people up until 10:00. I said the time on the door say 8:00 am plus online say 8:00am. She said that's how she been doing it she make them wait until she's ready then she gave me a number so I then I knew she works their or a volunteer worker over all she was polite and ya, she was right she showed up at 9:30 AM and got started at 10:00 am can some one change the time on the door and on line if that's what time their open that was two hours of down time plus another hour of waiting around. There were nice people out there just the time was way off..

The people from the food pantry that works in the back these 2 individuals are the worst!!! To be more specific skinny black tall male and short brown female thats about 200lbs, short hair black!!! This was my first of needing help with food and other resources because i and my family are going through some tough times were treated badly for asking questions. I get you don't want to be there, if you're that unhappy why even apply knowing you'll be helping the community!! These people are very unappreciated of their job position and should be replaced!!!

What an important ministry! These people are top notch & happily volunteer their time & I'm so blessed to have used them before when I've been going through hard times.
I got there about 30 minutes early & I was 18th (I think) in line. They set up cones & guide you to your line- 1st come, 1st served! They do have a side parking area that is for overflow when the designated lines fill up, & they do fill up-so get there early if possible! I'm not honestly sure how they handle overflow but I know that while I was in line, nobody was turned away.
While waiting, team members will walk the line (in order) & take down your info-name & address. You can pick up for multiple families but they'll need a different address for each family & name! For example: I picked up for me & my grandfather so I gave them my name & address then his name & address. But there was so much food I was also able to give some to my brother & parents ❤️ so maybe next time I'll stick with one name!
When they opened we would slowly make our way forward & the volunteers just load you up based on the number of families you are picking up for. I saw a lot of cars prepping their backseat, trunks & even passenger seats so they could load quickly. And it did move very quickly! Once it was my turn, I simply followed the car ahead of me, stopped at the front & 2 gentlemen loaded my backseat. I thanked them & then I was off!
I was expecting just produce items since that's what was posted in Facebook but there was so much more! I believe Publix must have made donations too because we got produce as well as cookies, donuts, canned goods & full loaves of bread from their bakery! So it may vary at times but again, donuts were a great treat to share!

It’s a great organization but I don’t like how they give out poor quality of food. I’ve never been to a pantry to where the quality of food was poor. The other resources are great. It’s just the food.

Called in to find out about the what's when and where to make donations and the lady that answered the phone was Very Rude and hostile. She wouldn't speak up and when I asked her to repeat herself she became very aggressive and rude. They just lost out on receiving a boatload of nice women's clothing that was new with tags or in like new condition. They'll never have to worry about me "bothering them" again.
