Bill Beck and his team were superior in efficiency, accuracy and executing the closing of our refinancing f our home! They got all the documents for us and placed them on a very easy access website for our review, nothing was hidden or forgotten, we closed in 2 weeks from the time we started the process. The entire team was so easy to work with and each one of them had exceptional knowledge of the loan we were getting.
We will definitely use Ideal Home Loans and Bills’ excellent team for future loans.

Was mostly a fantastic experience with this company. Our Lender Joel made himself available pretty much any time we had a question. It was a year long process for us, yes it was on the long side but we found a home we love!

The only demerit I would say is there were times when communication wasn't the greatest. Unless they were calling you it was VERY hard to get a person on the phone. I don't like endless emails when a quick phone call can do, that is something I think they can improve on.

Overall very satisfied and fully intend to work with them again in the future!
