Banking with ITCU is an extremely painful and unprofessional experience. If you have a business please RUN do not walk to literally any other bank because it can’t get worse than them. Changing accounts to move to another bank as a business owner is time consuming and difficult. I have tried my best to hang on but it’s only getting worse and I am done. From errors made when creating the account, to errors on paperwork requested for business purposes to excessive holds on checks… I could go on and on. I have an extremely highly regulated business to deal with so using my money to help further my business should not cause so many headaches. I have personally gone in to the same branch for 2 years now. The employee turn over is insane but no one and I mean no one makes an effort to get to know me as a customer. All I get is “we need to be sure this is not fraudulent”. I live here. My businesses are here. I am no stranger to the community but they treat me like a criminal and stranger to them. I can’t wait to be done with ITCU. They need to leave the Prosper community ASAP. They’re here to make money not be a part of the community in any way. And don’t bother calling the main number. You will not get calls back. They will tell you the wrong thing. You will not be able to reach your branch directly in any form or fashion. Whoever owns this needs to seriously regroup and figure out what their purpose is because it’s nowhere near coming to fruition, at least not in Prosper. So grateful I learned my lesson and banked with a very well known national bank for another newer business (also in my community) because the experience couldn’t be better on every level.

I had an awesome experience with Rhea, the Branch Manager. She was very thorough and took me step by step through all of the processes with my accounts. She was very personable, friendly and informative! I would definitely recommend this branch. They are very customer service oriented and easy to talk with like an old friend!

After banking with the bank for over 6 years I’ve had a auto loan with them never been late payments on my auto loan always 2 months ahead sometime 3 months and I get denied for an auto loan when I first got my car loan they approved me for a brand new car which my credit wasn’t to good but decent since I’ve at the car alone with other things my credit score is almost a 750 I’m just getting a call if then telling my credit app has gotten denied not to mention I’ve payed off more than half of my loan a I have established a good relationship with this bank, never been late at all, and I get denied I will be trading my car in and switching credit union I do not recommend this credit union at all if you want an auto loan go somewhere else

My husband told me about the Prosper location that had just opened when we were looking to do an auto refi. I applied online and then went to the office to finish up the paperwork. Rasy was amazing! I was able to get really great rates and terms, plus I like knowing that if I ever have questions there's a physical location I can go to rather than trying to navigate a sea of option over the phone like many big banks. This has a real personal touch that I really appreciated. Would highly recommend checking them out.

Excellent customer service at this branch! Clara and Shannon go above and beyond to make sure you understand everything. I've done multiple loans with ITCU and they always have the best rate. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a credit union.

Replaced tellers with machines and closes before most of us can get to the branch. Calling the branch routes my call to their central branch. Last two times I've called I was caller #14 and #10. Time to find a new bank.
*** I wrote the previous content 10 months ago and feel compelled to write more... I've hung in there with ITCU for the sole reason that I've been a customer for over 8 years... But no more. I'm done. Nothing has changed. When the branch manager wants to argue with facts, and then apologize when your version of the issue proves to be accurate, and then wants to fight you over refunding bank fees, it's clear that it's time to change banks. It's hard to do business with a bank/credit union that considers $35 to be more important than the thousands I put through their institution every month especially when the issue is on their end, not mine. I'm pulling my money out tomorrow.
