I wanna start off by saying this is a great place to purchase a vehicle. Great customer service Eric was so nice and helpful showed me and my husband the car fax and very professional cool dude also offered his services in case of me ever needing anything from parts to a mechanic.

Si estan buscando carros baratos vegan para hablar con Eric se llama me ayudó el señor muy amable y también hay como hacer pagos. Si van lleven alguien que hable los dos idiomas.

Después de buscar en varios dealers J.E.S.A. Karz, LLC. fue la mejor opción , como hispana me gusto que me atendiera en un muy buen español , Luis es muy bueno nos ayudo en todo , tienen muy buen financiamiento , el único problema que encontrarás es decidiere por que carro llevarte a casa ya que todos están muy buenos , por lo pronto feliz con mi Mazda muchas gracias . Eric and Angela, who own this small family business, really helped me feel comfortable with my purchase. Not only was the price really reasonable, but the carfax and history of this vehicle really were placed on display by their professionalism, yet they are so down to earth, it made the whole experience one I won't forget. I got to learn about their family, and Eric has been in the business for a long time. His employees really respect him, you could tell. You can tell when certain people just genuinely care, and he did. He cares if he gets people into decent cars. The buying and test driving process was really easy, i don't want to say dealing with car sales people is always like this, but I'm so glad and lucky that my first experience was with J.E.S.A Karz. I walked in and was warmly greeted by the nicest people. I had a dilemma with not much money but wanting to get the nicest travel trailer for it. The husband Eric and his family I met over the next couple of days. He went out of his way to find me exactly what I was looking for. He delivered the trailer to the most hilly spot and leveled it for me. He made sure it was secure even as difficult as it was. He reminded me of the old fashioned way of businesses, where quality of service matters. His helper on the lot Austin was his lookout man to get all the right and left turns into a driveway so narrow and it fits like it was meant to be there. All on a busy Monday which I can see why he's so busy by his good work. I don't give compliments much anymore but this business is incredible. I recommend them highly.
