Jim’s Preferred Mortgage is my place to go when I need a loan or want to refinance. The word “preferred” is there for a reason. We purchased a new house recently and I requested a loan estimate from 4 different places, to make sure I get the best deal. Jim, as always, offered me the best prices (there were two loans required to cover the price of the house) and made it happen, which is even more important. We had really strict underwriter this time, mortgage rates on the market were going up every day, but I knew I’m in good hands and have nothing to worry about. To anyone who is looking to purchase a home, do not go with anyone else. Jim Wilson was fantastic! Extremely friendly and helpful. My fiance and i just recently purchased our first home. Jim helped us get approved. He was always available when we needed him to answer and questions we had.
