Had a fantastic experience with Keith and his team- everyone was always ready to assist us and were all extremely knowledgeable, and our process with them was seamless. Always there for questions, always willing to help us navigate this crazy market and find us the best rates and best numbers, along with providing us with constant updates and great insight into the process. Keith and Mae were excellent. Courteous and understanding of our needs and concerns, they ensured that the mortgage process was smooth-sailing and moving forward despite the hiccups. And when there were some, they made sure to address them. Keith was present during closing as well and was very helpful in getting things done and complete.
